What does the money pay for? Here is a break down of the costs of racing our team EVERY RACE. We have 26 scheduled races minimum we plan on attending in 2024.
- Racing Entry Fees = $40 per car x 5 cars = $200
- Pit Crew Entry Fees = $30 per crew member x 3 = $90
- Fuel for Sport Compacts =$10 per car x 3 = $30
- Fuel for Legends = $30 per car x 2 = $60
- Fuel for Trucks to tow cars to LOCAL Billings Track = $150
- Payroll for Pit Crew = $150
- Payroll for Camera Crew = $50
- Cost of Sport Compact Tire $55
- Cost of US Legends Tire $125-$200
- Cost of Tear offs $0.50 each Avg of 4 per night per car = 20 tear offs = $10
- $100-$500 average parts repair cost per night racing
- Normal Maintenance of Cars and Tow Rigs and Trailers $25-$50 per night
- Drivers and Pit Crew Food = $50-$150 per night. Track food is expensive
These are all the low ends of what it costs us to go race. Cost is anywhere from $1000-$2500 per night depending on distance traveled and what breaks. We would love for you / your company to aid us in our racing season and help us to travel further and race more with your help while getting great advertising and exposure at the same time!
