Manley pistons are machined of high strength 2618 material. Each design is lightweight yet robust enough to deliver long service life. Perfect ring groove to skirt squareness is achieved through our unique "one fixturing" manufacturing method that assures maximum horsepower. We utilize a proven offset wrist pin design, a 1.2, 1.5, 2.5mm Total Seal ring package and moly coated skirts for ultimate performance. Round wire locks and pressure balance grooves are included with every set at no additional charge. Premium Chrome Moly wrist pins are included in the Standard Series and 9310 Alloy wrist pins are included with the Extreme Duty Series.

Dish vs Dome
This option will be a choice between compression ratio. Low compression -5cc Dish 9.5:1 Compression Ratio. Standard Compression (OEM) +2.0cc Dome 10.5:1 Compression Ratio. Unless you are doing an insane build we suggest sticking to OEM 1050:1 Compression.
Bore Size
This bore size is determined by your machinist depending on how much your block needed to be bored or honed out. Standard OEM Bore is 3.76". You will need to get the matching rings as well.
