The Gen 2 Supercharger System comes with dedicated tuning and support by DiabloSport, ensuring a precise tune for your specific application. Note that 2015+ PCMs require unlocking by DiabloSport for an additional charge directly through DiabloSport​.

*Vehicles manufactured from 2012-2013 will require a late model or upgraded engine oil filter housing to be installed to allow servicing of the oil filter without removing the supercharger manifold. These can be sourced online from numerous suppliers. Vehicles manufactured in 2014 or after do not require a filter housing to be installed.

There is no set amount of horsepower increase that a supercharger provides across the entire power band, as it can vary based on several factors. However, here's an overview of what can generally be expected:

Low-end torque (1500 RPM): A Sprintex can jumpstart your vehicle's performance with an estimated 40% increase in RWHP.

Mid-range power (2500 RPM): As RPMs rise, so does the horsepower. Expect a substantial 31% surge in RWHP at 2500 RPM.

High mid-range pull (3500 RPM): At 3500 RPM, the RWHP increase adjusts slightly, offering an impressive 41% rise.

High revving power (4500 RPM): At the top end of the RPM range, superchargers can provide a notable 44% boost in RWHP.

Overall, Sprintex measured a maximum horsepower output of a stock Wrangler JK at 194.84 RWHP. When a Sprintex was installed on the same Wrangler, a maximum RWHP recorded was 302.13 RWHP; a 55% overall maximum increase.

All Sprintex RWHP is measured at the rear wheel of a stock Wrangler JK, not at the crank. Sprintex advertises SAE HP captured at the rear wheel (RWHP).

There is no set amount of torque increase that a supercharger provides across the entire power band, as it can vary based on several factors. However, here's an overview of what can generally be expected:

Low-end torque (1500 RPM): A Sprintex can enhance your vehicle's performance with an estimated 38% increase in torque.

Mid-range torque (2500 RPM): As the RPMs rise, so does the torque. Expect a robust 27% surge in torque at 2500 RPM.

High mid-range torque (3500 RPM): At 3500 RPM, the torque increase sees a slight uptick, providing an impressive 42% rise.

High revving torque (4500 RPM): At the top end of the RPM range, superchargers can deliver a remarkable 44% boost in torque.

Overall, Sprintex measured the maximum torque output of a stock Wrangler JK at 238.81 lb/ft at the rear wheels. When a Sprintex was installed on the same Wrangler, the maximum torque recorded was 306.54 lb/ft at the rear wheels; a 28% overall maximum increase.

It is recommended the supercharger oil level be checked at the regular service interval of your vehicle in addition to checking all other system components like the belt, tensioner, and idler pulley. Check the installation manual for correct fluid levels.
